How It Works
The process
1. Tell us about your project. Use the quote form, email, or call. Rough ideas are fine.
2. Get your quote. One all-in price per item, plus a one-time digitizing fee for new embroidery logos. No surprise fees.
3. Approve your proof. Nothing goes into production until you sign off.
4. We make it. Most orders are ready 1 to 2 weeks after proof approval.
5. Pickup, delivery, or shipping. We deliver locally on the Treasure Coast and ship anywhere in the continental US.
Common questions
Do you have minimums?
No. Order one piece or a few hundred. Pricing is tiered, so your price per piece drops as your quantity goes up.
What is a digitizing fee?
Before we can embroider your logo, it has to be converted into a stitch file. That is a one-time charge per design, and we keep the file for your reorders. Moving a logo to a different garment type (like a polo to a hat), switching to 3D puff, or resizing it may need a new file and a fee.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the garment, quantity, decoration, and number of locations. Your quote shows one price per item that covers it.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) work best. A high-res PNG or JPG is often fine to start. If your logo needs work, we can clean it up or recreate it for a design fee.
Do you help with sizes?
Yes. Tell us how many people you are outfitting and we will recommend a size run.
I have a deadline. Can you make it?
Tell us your in-hands date up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Where are you located?
We are a home-based shop in Indian River County with no storefront, so there are no walk-ins. We work with you by phone and email, deliver locally, and ship anywhere in the continental US.
